New research on Carl Rosa

Iain Fraser, publisher and co-founder (with his brothers Peter and Stephen) of Opera Scotland, the new website for opera listings and performance history, is to give a talk in Edinburgh on November 22nd.  In this Iain will reveal the results of ground breaking research work by the Opera Scotland team, in the course of which they have identified the dates for many operatic premieres in Scotland. Iain's talk, entitled Carl Rosa Opera and Touring Scotland 1874 - 1900 is being given as part of the Festival of History - Scotland.  For further details, click here.
