Opera Scotland

Iain Fraser, one of the Opera Scotland team, has just given a talk at Scotland's History Festival in Edinburgh.  His presentation contained the latest findings of research into Carl Rosa Opera's tours of Scotland from 1874 to 1900.  This remarkable company did more than any other to lay the national foundations for today's audiences and performers. As the talk provoked lively discussion, Iain would therefore like to offer it to other groups.  If you and your group, society or club would like to hear about Carl Rosa, please get in touch with us!   Iain can be contacted at iain@operascotland.org.
