Purcell's Dido and Aeneas from York

Elboracum Baroque are to give Purcell's Dido and Aeneas at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe this year.   Chris Parsons and other colleagues at the University of York have given concerts across the country, involving a programmme of Italian Renaissance and French Baroque music.   All the cast are under 21, so bringing a youthful look to the performance.  Check out this exciting addition to the Fringe here.
