Scotland's Festival of Vocal and Choral Music, running from 22-25 October, again presents an enticing programme.
Mozart's Così fan tutte is being performed by Scottish Opera on Saturday 24 October in the Byre.
In addition, a masterclass by the distinguished tenor John Mark Ainsley is being given on Thursday 22 October. This is followed by a song recital given by him and acclaimed young pianist James Baillieu on Friday 23 October.
