Miss T Addington.

Soprano.

During the years 1904-06, Tilly Addington sang with the Moody-Manners company.  She was then billed as Miss T Addington.

Later, in 1910-11, she appeared with the Carl Rosa company, as Tilly Addington (though in 1911 the Glasgow Herald spelled her name as Adlington - this is assumed to be a typo).
