Martin Hässler Suggest updates

German baritone.

Martin Hässler trained in London on the opera course at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama. He took the Best Singer Award in the Gerald Moore Competition. Before moving to London he took second prize in the International Song Competition 'Das Lied' and, in Berlin, first prizewinner at the junior Bundeswettbewerb Gesang.

He has made concert appearances with the Leipzig Gewandhaus, Berlin Philharmonic and Zurich Tonhalle orchestras. His recitals include dates in Vienna (Musikverein), London (Wigmore Hall) and Oxford (Lieder Festival).
