Dingle Yandell Suggest updates

British bass-baritone.

Dingle Yandell studied in London at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama and at the National Opera Studio.  He was one of the inaugural 'Rising Stars' of the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment.  He was a founder member of the successful vocal ensemble Voces8, and toured with them internationally for ten years.

Appearances with Scottish Opera include Mozart (Speaker, Second Priest, Sarastro The Magic Flute); Verdi (Ceprano Rigoletto); Massenet (André Thérèse); Puccini (Angelotti Tosca); Strauss (Peneios Daphne); Britten (Snug A Midsummer Night's Dream); Dove (Immigration Officer Flight).  He will sing King Mark Tristan und Isolde in 2026.

Concert work in Scotland includes Dunedin Consort (Messiah); Dundee Choral Union (Elijah).

Roles at Glyndebourne include Theseus A Mindsummer Night's Dream, Mr Redburn Billy Budd.

Concerts in the UK include Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment (Messiah); London Philharmonic (Beethoven 9th).

Concerts in the USA: Handel and Haydn Society, Boston (Cantatas by Bach and Telemann).
