Kat Gunya

American mezzo-soprano.

Katherine studied voice for ten years in the United States and has sung in several choruses with The Yale Graduate Opera and New Rochelle Opera.

In her first year at St Andrews University, she was a soloist in the Heisenberg Ensemble’s performance of Handel’s Messiah and played Calliope in The St Andrews Opera Society’s production of Offenbach’s Orpheus in the Underworld.

Katherine is a psychology student hoping to specialise in forensic psychology and abnormal behaviour.
