American baritone.
Thomas Lehman studied at the Eastman School of Music, Rochester, New York, making his debut in 2010 with the Delaware Valley Opera (Guglielmo).
He is a member of the ensemble at the Deutsche Oper, Berlin, where his repertoire includes Mozart (Count Almaviva, Guglielmo); Rossini (Figaro); Donizetti (Belcore); Wagner (Wolfram, Herald Lohengrin, Gunther); Verdi (Montfort Les vêpres siciliennes, Ford); Gounod (Valentin); J Strauss (Falke); Tchaikovsky (Yeletsky); Puccini (Lescaut); Leoncavallo (Silvio); Prokofiev (Pantalon Love for Three Oranges); Adams (Nixon Nixon in China); Langgaard (Lucifer Antikrist).
Other European engagements include Berlin Komische Opera (Ford); Berne (Ibn Hakia Iolanta); Basle (Count Almaviva); Lisbon (Silvio); Op Nat de Lorraine (Hindley Earnshaw in Bernard Herrmann's Wuthering Heights).
Concert engagements include Carmina Burana (St Louis Symphony & Edinburgh Festival) and Donner Das Rheingold (Rotterdam Philharmonic).
