Jenny Stafford studied in London at the Royal Academy of Music, winning the Isabel Jay Operatic Prize and the Dame Eva Turner Operatic Award. She was a semi-finalist in the Kathleen Ferrier Awards 2015, a finalist in the Maureen Lehane Vocal Awards and prizewinner at the Dean & Chadlington Singing Competition.
Opera appearances in Britain include Bampton Classical Opera (Tisbe Cendrillon); Opera North (title role Pied Piper); English Touring Opera (Lady-in-waiting Macbeth); Cadogan Hall (Vitellia La clemenza di Tito); Bury Court Opera (Fiordiligi); Grimeborn Festival (First Lady Magic Flute); Woodhouse Opera (Mimì). She has also worked with Dutch National Opera (Sarah Clemency)
