Born Genoa 1869.

Died 1962.

English soprano.

After her marriage to Rousbey in Dublin in 1896 she became the leading soprano of his company.  As Mrs Rousbey she sang the role of Anna in the British premiere of Puccini's Le villi (Manchester 1897).  She sailed with him on the company's tour to South Africa, being widowed in the process.

Her career continued as a principal with the D'Oyly Carte organisation and also with Moody-Manners.  She later worked extensively in Australia..
