Meinir Wyn Roberts studied in Manchester at the Royal Northern College of Music, where she was a recipient of the Elizabeth Harwood Memorial Award and Dame Eva Turner Award. She continued her studies in London at the Royal Academy of Music under Lillian Watson.

She has performed at the Garsington and Glyndebourne Festivals, and with Nevill Holt Opera and Opra Cymru, as well as in concert with the Covent Grden Chamber Orchestra.
