Patricia Parker Suggest updates

Patricia Parker spent most of her career in Germany, and her 1976 visit with the Düsseldorf company was her only appearance in Scotland. She did return to Britain briefly in the Autumn of 1978 for an appearance with Glyndebourne Touring Opera in Peter Hall's beautifully elegant staging of Così fan tutte, which, sadly, did not come north. Other members of the cast included Felicity Lott (Fiordiligi), Kate Flowers (Despina) and Keith Lewis (Ferrando). The young conductor was Simon Rattle.
