Actor.

A member of the Berliner Ensemble.

Tilo Nest trained in Salzburg at the Mozarteum.  Since 1986 he was worked at the theatres in Bochum, Essen, Cologne, Zürich, Basel and Hamburg.  From 2009 to 2015 he was a member of the ensemble at the Vienna Burgtheater.  Since 2011 he has also worked as a director.  He joined the Berliner Ensemble in the 2017-18 season.
