Caitlin Hulcup has appeared in the UK with Scottish Opera since 2006 as Zerlina, Annina (Der Rosenkavalier), Dorabella, Gluck's Orfeo and Ariodante. She has also worked with the Royal Opera (Arbaces in Arne's Artaxerses) and Garsington (Calbo in Rossini's Maometto Secondo).

She has worked at many of the major European opera houses, including Vienna (Staatsoper and Theater an der Wien), Berlin (Staatsoper), Munich, Brussels, Florence, Madrid, Moscow (Bolshoi), St Petersburg (Mikhaylovsky) and Paris (Champs-Elysées).
