Jason Bridges trained at the Eastman School of Music (Rochester NY) then in Glasgow at the RSAMD. In 2001 he was awarded a scholarship from the Samling Foundation. This allowed him to work in masterclasses with Felicity Palmer, Malcolm Martineau and Thomas Allen.
His operatic repertoire includes title roles in Candide and Albert Herring. He has also sung Don Basilio (Marriage of Figaro), Grosvenor (Patience), Sellem (The Rake's Progress), Rinuccio (Gianni Schicchi), The Hussar (Mavra), Des Grieux (Manon) and Nemorino. At Haddo House he sang Bruno in I Puritani, returning for Alfredo, Edgardo and Lionel.
