English soprano.

Heather Howson won a scholarship to study in London at the Royal College of Music. This was followed by two years at the London Opera Centre, where her roles included Magda Sorel in The Consul. On joining Scottish Opera, she toured with the Opera For All group. Her debut with the main company was as Marzelline. She returned as Pamina, and took several roles in the 1971 Ring Cycle.
