Toby Girling is a graduate of the Guildhall School and was a member of the Frankfurt Opera Studio. Previous engagements have included Evangelist/Watchful/First Shepherd in Vaughan Williams' Pilgrim's Progress for ENO, Guglielmo Così fan tutte and the Sorceress Dido and Aeneas for Verbier Festival. He has also appeared with the festivals at Glyndebourne, Wexford, Iford and Belfast. Toby has taken part in recitals on BBC Radio 3 and in venues throughout the UK. Future engagements include Junkman/Hermann Augustus Candide for De Vlaamse Opera, Antwerp.
