Scottish tenor.
Daniel Doolan is a student in Glasgow at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, studying with Iain Paton. He made his solo debut in Dead Man Walking.
While a treble in 2012 he sang Second Boy in Scottish Opera's new staging of The Magic Flute, directed by Sir Thomas Allen. He also appeared with the SCO and Sir Thomas in the Fauré Requiem at the 2014 Edinburgh Festival.
As a member of NYCoS he toured with Sir John Eliot Gardiner and the Orchestre Révolutionnaire et Romantique to venues including London (Royal Albert Hall) and New York (Carnegie Hall), in a repertoire of Berlioz works including Lélio, La Damnation de Faust and Roméo et Juliette.
