Julia Daramy-Williams studied in Glasgow at the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland, gaining a Masters of Music (Distinction) in 2016. She then continued at the RCS on the Masters Opera Programme, training under Kathleen McKellar-Ferguson. She has had scholarships from the RCS and the Thomas and Margaret Roddan Trusts, winning prizes for French and Russian Song competitions. She appeared in masterclasses with Malcolm Martineau, Lisa Milne and Christoph Prégardien.
