Emmanuelle de Negri Suggest updates

French soprano.

Emmanuelle de Negri studied at the Conservatoire in Nîmes before continuing her training at the Paris Conservatoire. As a student she made her first appearance in Scotland, as Yniold with Stéphane Denève and the RSNO. In 2008 she won the HSBC European Academy of Music prize. Her operatic repertoire includes several roles by Mozart (Papagena, Barbarina and Despina), as well as Tonina in Salieri's Prima la musica and Clorinda in Rossini's Cenerentola.

Work in 2014 includes the roles of Clarine and Amour in Rameau's Platée with Les Arts Florissants, touring to Vienna and New York.
