Thomas Colwell Suggest updates

Thomas Colwell began singing as a chorister at St Paul's Cathedral. He then went on to train with Ann Lampard, then head of voice at the Junior Royal Academy of Music, before completing his training under Robert Alderson at the Royal Northern College of Music. He has performed extensively around the UK and abroad both on the concert platform and the operatic stage. Operatic roles include Junius The Rape of Lucretia (Britten), Smirnoff The Bear (Walton), Curio Giulio Cesare (Handel), and most recently Capulet Romeo and Juliet (Gounod) with Riverside Opera, Don Alfonso Così fan tutte (Mozart) and Escamillo Carmen (Bizet) both with Opera'r Ddraig. He has also just returned from The Ravenna Festival where he was performing the role of Marcello in Opera up Close's Olivier Award winning production of La Boheme. Thomas is currently studying with Gail Pearson.
