Ukrainian baritone and director.

Sergei Zuyenko graduated from the Odessa Academy of Music in 1984, and joined the Ukrainian National Opera of Odessa, where he soon became a leading soloist, touring to Spain, Italy, Bulgaria, Romania and the USA, in addition to the UK.

In 1992 he graduated from the Moscow Arts Institute, having trained as a director. From 1992 he combined the two activities at the Odessa Opera House, continuing to sing major roles in parallel with his position as the company's main stage director. His productions include Il barbiere di Siviglia, Cavalleria Rusticana, Eugene Onegin and Lucia di Lammermoor.
