Moldovan soprano.

Elena Gherman trained at the Music Academy in Chisinau, and joined the Chisinau National Opera as a soloist in 1983. Roles she has performed include Gilda, Lucia, Violetta and Musetta. She has toured to Italy, Spain, Portugal, France, Austria, Belgium, Holland, Germany and the UK.

Her repertoire on the Opera Internation UK tours includes Violetta, Frasquita and Musetta.
