Italian tenor.

'Tenor Carlo Zampighi studied at Forli and then at the Centro Lirico, Florence. He appeared first in September 1951 in Amico Fritz at the Teatro Augustus, Genova, attaining brilliant success and attracting immediate attention. Though he only recently commenced his career, this young artist already has attained most brilliant and convincing successes.'
