Jessica Brettle trained at the Bristol Old Vic  Theatre School, completing a post-graduate diploma in Theatre Design in 2005.

She has worked extensively with the Tron Theatre, as well as National Theatre of Scotland (including costumes for Black Watch), Royal Lyceum, Communicado, Lung Ha, Gridiron and Bristol Old Vic.
