Ukrainian soprano.
Alyona Kistenyova graduated from the Odessa State Conservatoire and is now a principal at the Odessa State Opera House. She was a prizewinner at the Dvořák Voice Competition in Karlovy Vary and now herself teaches voice at the National Academy of Music in Odessa.
Her operatic repertoire includes Rossini (Rosina), Donizetti (Lucia), Bellini (Amina), Verdi (Gilda, Violetta, Aïda), Bizet (Frasquita, Micaëla) and Puccini (Mimì, Musetta, Cio-Cio-San, Liù).
