This small-scale production of Carmen, re-orchestrated for an ensemble of 16 members of the Orchestra of Scottish Opera by Derek Clark, Scottish Opera's Head of Music, opened at the Citizens Theatre on Tuesday 7 September before embarking on a tour of small and mid scale venues. This marked the Company’s first ever performance at the iconic Glasgow venue.
