The familiar forces of Opera & Ballet International return with an Ellen Kent production featuring the Chisinau Philharmonic Orchestra and Chorus from Moldova with a cast of international soloists.
This is s new, traditionally-styled staging, and the promotional material states that the designs are derived from a Goya painting, with fountains, flowers and orange trees. The production is sung in French with English surtitles.
