The repertoire of the Soldene company for this tour no longer featured Carmen, and consisted of La Fille de Madame Angot by Lecocq, and three works by Offenbach. While The Grand Duchess of Gérolstein is still recignised among his best works, the other two, Geneviève de Brabant and Madame L'Archiduc have almost disappeared.
