Written for string trio and voice, this is a bittersweet tale of loss, memory and grief. Commissioned in partnership with Sound Festival in 2012 as a sound-specific work for Fraserburgh Lighthouse, Scottish Opera composer in residence Gareth Williams' moving score mixes live and recorded performance, telling parts of the intertwining stories through a selection of evocative country tracks.
