The vast repertoire of this company on tour included two of Balfe's pieces, The Bohemian Girl and The Rose of Castille, as well as Wallace's Maritana. Most of their repertoire was continental in origin, relying on Rossini, Donizetti, Bellini and Verdi, with a leavening of Weber and Gounod.
