Scottish Opera's company of Opera For All made their annual tour from Autumn 1967 to Spring 1968 showing the usual three operas, this time, Don Giovanni, The Barber of Seville and Madam Butterfly. The customary Christmas break was followed by a tour south of the border - this time including Wales in the itinerary.
Tour dates gathered so far include: 2 Feb (Normanton), 4 Feb (Stonyhurst), 6 Feb (Skipton), 21 Feb (Connah's Quay), 24 Feb (Bethesda), 28 Feb (Rhyl).
The production was revived in the autumn, along with Butterfly and a new Don Pasquale. Confirmed dates for the autumn include: 15 October (Cumbernauld), 18 Oct (Aviemore), 25 Oct (Egremont), 29 Oct (Brandon).
