Scotland’s professional touring company returns to Boat of Garten to give their first live performances in nearly two years. These special gala performances for The Osprey Music Society feature an exciting lineup of performers.
Opera Bohemia’s star soprano Catriona Clark, former Scottish Opera young artist Charlie Drummond, Alexander Gibson Opera School graduate Seumas Begg and Scottish baritone, Christopher Nairne from Opera North are joined by two leading Scottish musicians, pianist Andrew Brown and violinist Feargus Hetherington. Bohemia founders Douglas Nairne and Alistair Digges will compere a programme packed full of opera favourites, including numbers from La Traviata, Don Giovanni, The Marriage of Figaro, Rusalka, The Pearl Fishers, La bohème, The Merry Widow, and Die Fledermaus. The programme also features the beautiful Meditation for violin from Thais.
It promises to be a special occasion as Bohemia returns to live performance. The company is particularly excited to be back in Boat of Garten performing for The Osprey Music Society.
