Opening of Musical Season - Great Artistes to Visit Dundee - Record Winter's Entertainments
'Messrs Paterson, Sons & Co, in conjunction with the International Celebrity organisation, submit a bewildering list of front-rank singers and players in their series of six subscription concerts. Tetrazzini is the bright star of the first concert on October 10. Hers is a name to conjure with, and she is assured of a great reception. With her appears Bratza, the clever young Serbian violinist, who made a deep impression at the same concert last year; and Amadio, a flautist, who also supplies obbligati to several of the prima donna's selections.

Tetrazzini - Brilliant Concert in Caird Hall - A Wnderful Violinist
'Galli-Curci, the great American operatic singer, was telling the New York reporters the other day that writing music for coloratura was a past art; but, despite that, the public rejoiced in decorative melodies still. How right she was was amply demonstrated last night in the Caird Hall, Dundee, when Tetrazzini brilliantly opened the International Celebrity series of concerts arranged by Messrs Paterson, Sons & Co. There was scarcely so big an audience as at her last appearance in the city; but the Queen of Song gets early on good terms with her audience, and her wonderful gifts soon cast their spell.
