Each year at the St Magnus International Festival, there is a ten day course for young conductors. One of the ten days is given over to the conducting of opera and oratorio.
A session built on their work on opera and oratorio is open to the public, on Saturday 18th June at 2pm in the St Magnus Centre, admission £4. Richard Morrison and Pamela Helen Stephen are involved.

The festival looks a first rate one, with an interesting Mozart Requiem. But otherwise there seems little for the hard core opera fan.
