Mechanics' Institute, Brechin Brechin, Angus

This building has a remarkable history,  Amongst other things, it hosted concerts, one of which featured the young violinist Carl Rosa. Aged just seventeen, he gave a solo spot here as part of a concert party on 1 February 1859.
