Gaiety Theatre, Dundee Dundee

The Victoria Hall was opened in 1876 and was rebuilt as the Gaiety Theatre (reopening in 1903). It operated largely as a variety house, and was later renamed the Victoria Theatre, It became a cinema from 1935. Following a relatively minor fire in 1989 the building was found to have suffered severe structural damage and was demolished.
