François Arsène Cellier;  Frank Celier.

François Cellier became principal conductor at the Opera-Comique during the run of The Pirates of Penzance  in 1881.  He remained as 'house conductor' after the transfer to the Savoy and for some twenty years thereafter.  His compositions included several curtain-raisers such as Bob.  He did occasionally work on the company's provincial tours.
