Martin Quinn had an extensive career with touring opera companies between the wars. He began and ended with Carl Rosa (1921-24 and 1942-46). He also had a spell with BNOC (1925-28) and its successor, the Covent Garden Opera (1929-32). It is likely that he was also a member of the chorus with both organisations.
