This cast for Mozart's ever-popular classic looks highly appealing. Agnesi was much-admired, and the combination of Tietjens, Roze and Trebelli-Bettini as Countess, Susanna and Cherubino is positively mouth-watering.

Mind you, later in her career, Marie Roze chose to sing Cherubino when the piece was staged - a reverse of the usual career progression.
