Edward White Suggest updates

Mr E A White.

Bass-baritone.

Edward White worked for many years in the D'Oyly Carte company, frequently using the Mr E A White form.

When he sang the role of Pish-Tush he was able to sing the bottom line in the madrigal, in which case the inserted role of Go-To was not required.
