Scottish director and choreographer.
Kally Lloyd-Jones trained as a dancer in Glasgow and London, and has an M.A. in English Literature and Film Studies from Glasgow University. She has worked as a director, choreographer, dancer and movement director and teacher in the UK and internationally. In 2011 she was awarded a Herald Angel for her directing of The Seven Deadly Sins, a Company Chordelia and Scottish Opera Co-production. Directing credits include Kátya Kabanová for Scottish Opera, Eugene Onegin for Bloomsbury Opera and St Andrews Opera, MacPherson's Rant for the Byre Theatre, Thrashing the Sea God for the Tête a Tête Opera Festival and Opera Scenes 2012 and 2013 for the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland.
She is artistic director of Company Chordelia and has recently created and directed the company's latest productions, Les Amoureux, Cabaret Chordelia and Miranda.
