Geoffrey Corbett was the Musical Director of the Glasgow Grand Opera Society through the 1960s and well into the '70s.  During this time he conducted much of the standard operatic repertoire, as well as several more unusual pieces.  These include William Tell,  Martha,  Ernani and L'Africaine.
