Scottish Opera see in the New Year with a brief trip to Liverpool, a city the company used to include in its regular touring schedule back in the seventies. Sir Thomas Allen's elegant 2010 staging of Figaro had a successful revival in the autumn of 2016 and most of the soloists return for a further pair of performances.
