Tenor.
Liddell Peddieson was the kind of long-term performer vital to the survival of most opera companies. He enjoyed a long career as what the Italians termed a comprimario - a chorister and small part singer. He was a character tenor with the BNOC and Covent Garden companies. After the war he joined Carl Rosa, fulfilling the same role.
