Give a warm welcome to Perth Playhouse and their promotion of opera on the silver screen. Two classic Royal Opera productions are about to be offered in Perth – La boheme and La traviata. Reasonably priced at only £8, the Playhouse management deserve success. Look for details and dates in our opera diary.
The ‘Opera Scotland’ team are promoting cinema performances not just because customers ask us to, but also because film and telecasts are increasingly a part of the Scottish arts scene. In addition, anyone relishing opera on the silver screen will surely enjoy these performances and the Perth Playhouse is a grand venue.
