The Royal Conservatoire of Scotland and Scottish Opera celebrate the 100th anniversary of Benjamin Britten's birth with a revival of Olivia Fuchs' 2005 production for the Royal Opera House of A Midsummer Night's Dream. Britten's extraordinary music brings to life the magic of Shakespeare's characters - from the romantic lovers to meddlesome Puck and mighty Oberon - and even the sighing, creaking and rustling of the forest itself.
