The announcement of Scottish Opera's 2013/14 programme is planned for 21 May. However it has emerged that a new production of Mozart's Don Giovanni is scheduled for this autumn.
To be undertaken by the tried-and-tested team of director Sir Thomas Allen and designer Simon Higlett (responsible for the wonderful Scottish Opera productions of Barber of Seville, Magic Flute and Marriage of Figaro), the production is to be set in 17th century Venice. Further details will be available shortly, but in the meantime there are opportunities to sponsor costumes, cast members and indeed to buy VIP packages.
See the Scottish Opera website for details here! Keep an eye on our website for updates as soon as we get them.
