Thomas Walker as Almaviva, Claire Booth as Rosina

The Barber of Seville

Posted 26 Oct 2011

Back by popular demand is Sir Thomas Allen's sell-out Barber of Seville  for a second run.  This vivacious and cheerful production is bright with the colours of southern Spain and packed with one fast-paced comic scene after another. With energetic ensembles, high-speed patter and lively coloratura arias, Rossini's most popular comedy is given a well-rounded performance. Some of this talented ensemble cast can be considered regular performers in Scotland.
